Learners Advantage has partnered with Hart County Schools over several years to provide customized, sustained professional learning aligned to district goals. Our work has included two years supporting middle school science, two years in secondary science, and ongoing support in elementary and secondary mathematics.

Our partnership began through collaboration with district leaders and administrators to ensure a shared vision and clear priorities. From there, we worked closely with teachers and instructional coaches to strengthen content knowledge, clarify learning objectives, and align instruction to standards identified as areas of need. This ongoing, collaborative approach has allowed us to build capacity across the district while directly supporting classroom practice.
